is now by electronic formation, and if we receive your instructions before 10.30
a.m. we normally complete the transactions within one working day.
To save time, please make your
payment on-line, or if you do not wish to use this method, please forward a
Banker's Draft, Postal Orders, or Registered Cash. If sending a cheque, we
require 5 days for cheque clearance before forwarding company/partnership papers
to you. For fees payable,

These are full searches of an existing
company specified by you, and are carried out quickly and efficiently by us on
your behalf. We will provide you with printed copies of the company's last
accounts and annual return, updated with any subsequent forms filed.
Alternatively, we will provide you with any specific information you request,
that is held on file at Companies House.
VAT Registration Service
Value Added Tax.
Do you have to register? Do you know how to register?
FORMITRITE can handle your VAT registration from start to
finish. For just £30+VAT, we will obtain your VAT application form,
together with all other necessary documents. We will forward the
application form to you for completion, and upon return to us, we will obtain
your VAT Registration Certificate.
Company Name Checks
If you have a proposed name for your new
company, we will be pleased to check, free of charge, that the name is available for
registration.
Change of
Company Name
We can carry out this service on your
existing company, or you can purchase a ready-made company and change the
name. Our standard service takes between 5 and 8 working days, but we also
offer a same-day service.

Why Register?
When trading as a
Private Limited
Company, only the Company is liable for any of the debts incurred,
and the shareholders liability is limited to an amount, if any,
that remains unpaid upon shares which they the shareholders have
agreed to take up; thus the normal personal assets of the
subscribers and directors cannot in normal circumstances be put
at risk.
As a contract worker, you may
find that your employers will not accept invoices from a sole
trader or partnership, but require invoices from a Limited
Company.
